Q: I’m a complete beginner, is this suitable for me?
A: Absolutely! Our classes welcome all experience levels. You’ll have expert coaching and beginner-friendly sessions to build your confidence and skills from day one.
Q: I’m not very fit. Should I wait until I’m in better shape?
A: There's no need to wait. Jiu-Jitsu, grappling & MMA are great ways to build fitness over time. Our sessions are beginner-friendly, and you’ll be supported at your own pace.
Q: What age do the kids' classes start from?
A: The commandos class starts from 5 Years old but we will trial a little younger to see if they can manage the class. This age limits helps us keep classes structured, safe, and fun for everyone.
Q: Am I too old to join?
A: The classes are suitable for adults of all ages. No matter your experience or fitness level, you’ll find a welcoming and supportive environment tailored to your needs.
Q: Can I try a class before committing?
A: Yes we offer a free one week trial or a two week trial for $40 so you or your child can give it a try before committing to a membership . Contact us to get started today.
